Office Manager
Born and raised in Pasadena, California, Vanessa brings a calm, friendly energy to the front of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from helping patients understand their insurance to managing schedules with patience and a smile. She loves being part of each patient’s dental journey and takes pride in making them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys hiking, baking, traveling, volunteering at her church, and spending time with family. Her favorite color is rose gold, and Italian food is the way to her heart. For her, the most rewarding part of dentistry is seeing how a smile can transform someone’s confidence.
Lily
Front Office Specialist
Atlanta-born Lily is often the first friendly face patients see when they arrive, making sure every visit feels welcoming and seamless. As our Front Office Specialist, she keeps the day running smoothly while building genuine connections and helping patients feel at ease. Fluent in English and Spanish, Lily is proud of her Hispanic background and loves assisting a diverse range of patients. Outside of work, she’s an adventurer at heart—road trips, hiking trails, and travel are her happy places—and she enjoys working out and spending time with loved ones. Her favorite color is blue, and Mexican cuisine is her go-to comfort food.
Briana
Insurance Coordinator
Born in Marietta, Georgia, Briana brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her role as Insurance Coordinator, making the financial side of dental care less stressful by verifying coverage and helping patients understand their benefits. She loves knowing she plays a part in helping people feel confident in their smiles. Outside of work, Briana enjoys cooking, baking (especially desserts), spending time with family, and doting on her two cats. She’s a fan of Studio Ghibli movies, cozy nights in, and traveling—particularly to Hawaii, which she visits yearly. Her favorite color is pink, and she can’t resist chilaquiles.

Lithia Springs native Jennifer brings a calming, no-nonsense approach to dental hygiene, focusing on helping patients improve their oral health and confidence through personalized care. She loves encouraging patients—whether by teaching the perfect flossing technique or celebrating healthy gums. Outside the office, she’s a devoted wife, mom, and crocheter who teaches crochet lessons and volunteers at her church. She loves cheese, the color blue, and has a running joke about how tricky it is to say “Arnold Palmer” quickly. Known for her punctuality, Jennifer is as reliable as she is warm and approachable.
Tiffany
Dental Hygienist
With over 26 years of experience, Tiffany’s dedication to patient care is as strong as ever. Born in Austell, Georgia, she loves meeting people from all walks of life and helping them feel confident about their oral health. An adventurer at heart, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, and tackling challenges like running races and visiting the highest elevation in every U.S. state. A former mini-farm resident who once rode horses daily, she now spends her free time exploring trails, enjoying sushi or a great burger, and wearing her favorite color, purple.
Olga
Dental Hygienist
Originally from Russia, Olga combines warmth, thoughtfulness, and cultural depth in her approach to patient care. She values building genuine relationships and finds joy in guiding patients toward healthier, more confident smiles. Outside of work, she loves hiking, traveling, swimming, and studying history—especially World War II documentaries. The mountains are her favorite escape, and she enjoys comfort foods from home like pelmeni, borscht, and bezhbarmak. Her favorite color is yellow, and a fun fact—she’s left-handed but writes with her right—always surprises people.
Sheila
Dental Hygienist
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Sheila brings warmth, energy, and a love for all things pink to our office. She treasures building lasting relationships with her patients, helping them feel understood and cared for. Outside of work, Sheila enjoys the gym, matcha breaks, shopping, and spending time with her toy poodle puppy. Her go-to comfort food is LP wings, and she proudly calls Colombia her forever home.

Lead Dental Assistant
Hailing from North Carolina, Ashley keeps both patients and the team supported with her skill, adaptability, and easygoing energy. She thrives on the variety of dentistry and enjoys learning something new every day. Outside of work, she balances her love of baking sweet treats with regular workouts, enjoys window shopping, and always orders an iced caramel macchiato. She’s met two of her favorite artists in person, loves a good jumpscare, but draws the line at zombies.

Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Austell, Georgia, Alexa’s natural instinct for caring for others—honed as the second oldest of five siblings—shines through in her patient care. She’s passionate about helping people feel more confident in their smiles and is working toward becoming a dental hygienist. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active at the gym, and encouraging others to grow into their best selves.

Dental Assistant / Sterilization Lead
A proud Austell native with Salvadoran roots, Esmerelda plays a vital role in keeping our office safe, clean, and ready for every patient. She’s detail-oriented, dependable, and always ready to help her teammates. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, going to the gym, walking in nature, and staying active in her church community. Her quiet strength and kindness make her an invaluable part of our team.
